Roots can symbolise so much. Resilience, Strength, seeking growth and nourishment in learning. ‘Putting down roots’ is a familiar saying. Roots can symbolise our connection to our family heritage, friends, community, and history. overcoming adversity by finding a way to survive, so many interpretations.

For me, creating movement in my practice coupled with the joy of creating the shapes and the Rhythm of knotting as well as the healing creativity brings has been just wonderful.
